Didn't buy my Camry here, but have had it serviced there several times. The Service Department is consistently friendly and professional. They really care about the customers as people with busy lives and obligations and go above and beyond to make their appointments run smoothly and get your your way. Not all Toyota dealerships have the same quality of service. I would buy my next car from them.
I love the comfortable waiting room and easy scheduling for service. Have been taking both my Highlander and Lexus RX 350 here for years. No pressure professional sales. We have been buying Toyotas from Rick Nettle for years.
It took 2 and a half hours for them to replace a simple filter. I had an appointment. It took 30 minutes before my car was pulled into the shop. I will not be coming here again. The only good thing is they didn't charge me. I'm guessing because of how long it took.
