I was at St. Cloud Hospital on Oct. 26, 2023 for an angiogram to identify whether there were any blockages in any of the arteries that lead to the heart. I had contact with quite a few people for the short time that I was there and every single encounter was a positive. The first person took us from the hospital lobby to the correct center within the hospital. I told her that she could be a tour guide. She chatted and gave directions for turns as we went. ER staff have lost all compassion. They tell their patients to smoke marijuana for pain. They tell patients not to come to ER unless they are dying, when a provider told the patient to go to ER. Worst facility, all other clinics and hospitals know that most if not all of the St. Cloud Hospital staff are second rate and could get hire no where else. If you can don’t go here. This hospital had one of the largest settlement in history for malpractice.
They hire employees who belittle children with special needs. I’m talking about your LoriE W. I hope your ashamed of yourself.

It can change the culture of abuse of authority by management within CentraCare's facilities. It can stop protecting management that abuse their authority and instead reprimand such behavior appropriately.
Neglectful staff. Poor communication with patient. Third shift of nurses and still no update on “My Care Board”. Names of original staff still listed. Seems to be seriously under staffed. If you have a choice choose a different facility. Nurses tell lies of convenience. Sad situation.
