About a week ago my girlfriend had surgery here and needed FMLA for the next couple weeks for recovery. When the paperwork was faxed over to the office in St. Clair for them to fill out they said they never got it despite us having a confirmation email saying they did receive the documents. So we reconfirmed the fax number and sent it again, also getting a SECOND confirmation that they received it. I give a two stars, cause when I was 13 years old I got my appendix out here smoothly. I'm now 30, and I went here a year or so ago, cause I broke my "metacarpals" and the craziest thing they said to me... "I don't know how to cast this" so they did an air cast... and to this day I still have issues with it. now, I don't know if it was due to the nature or what, but to hear a doctor say "I don't know" then throw whatever on, is a reason I believe that my hand is still messed up years later.
Dr. Alayli did an amazing job at fixing my ankle! He was invested in my recovery and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He and the staff at St. Clair were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need!
