Amazing staff there when u need them never hesitate to lift a finger
This place is beyond unprofessional! My daughter was dx: with seizures a month ago. The medication the doctor prescribed is not helping my child, still currently having seizures. Left messages for the doctor to call me at the office and his personal cell-phone number still haven't received a phone call back. With that being said MRI was supposed to be order her last visit which was three weeks ago. Nope!! It was now just ordered today from making several messages on the scheduling line. Literally the worst Pediatric neurology department around. Bed side manner is horrible. There is something wrong when a neurologist basically writes your child off by telling you there is nothing you can do to help them, and any preventative measures you choose to take are a waste of time. If you really care about your child receiving quality care, you may want to go elsewhere, and not here.
