Front desk staff is not friendly at all.
Close to my house , nice people
I been going there for the past 4 years, never really had emergencies and use to see Dr Erica unless emergency now all 3 kids use Dr Kramer for well visits, never had issues with the front desk girls, they don't answer the phone so sometimes it's phone tag but if my kids were sick I always get a speedy response and most of the time even with appts, I love Dr Kramer she is very normalized I feel and never had issues with her or any of the providers I've seen
Horrible customer service representative, with horrible accent and if you don’t understand her accent and ask her to repeat she will hangouts on you. You have to call and leave voice messages hundred times but nobody call you back or respond you. Medical assistant and nurses are so rude and without any empathy to the child. Doctors if you don’t want to loose your patients!
