Daughters been going here since she was an infant. I was even one of their patients when I was younger when they were over at 9501. Never had an issues! We love it here! The ladies at the front are amazing! Everytime I call to schedule appointments, they answer phone pretty quickly, and scheduling is so fast. I never have issues. All the drs are great! They Explain everything so well , you never leave with unanswered questions.
We have been going here since my oldest (10yr old) was one and we now have three other children so all four are seen here. I’d say I’m a pretty anxious person we’re here quite a bit between colds, fevers, cuts, the list goes on and on lol. And we’ve seen every provider and nurse practitioner and they’re all wonderful. Some are a little sterner than others but the care is all the same: very thorough. They even respond promptly on MyChart and make personal follow up calls. Loved Dr hysko very professional and sweet with my son. HOWEVER, Dr N. lopez is the opposite I'm scared of vaccinating my son. I told her that I don't want to give my son all vaccines at once or no sure to vaccine my son at all since then I did not like her attitude. She basically told me if I don't decide to not vaccinate my child, I have to find another facility/pediatrician with an attitude. It is ok that she does not agree with me but I felt judged. It should NOT be like that.
