No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They also don't verify your benefits prior to appointments. Very unprofessional and unorganized so now I'm stuck with a bill of almost 400 dollars and only a month to pay it off because this dates back to Sept of 2011 and they couldn't figure out why Tricare was denying the claim. The office staff is very helpful with appointment setting and bill paying, but my last treatment left me with a numb mouth an no service. I came in for fillings and experienced sensitivity after receiving two injections of novacaine. I was then informed to reschedule due to the dentist's time constraint, as opposed to, the time I spent to keep the appointment. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Does this provider treat their staff well? Dentist likes to watch decay grow and wait till it gets bigger so his check gets bigger! Has no patience for his patients. Better to go on down the road. Watch out!
