I have been coming here since the day they opened. Overall, I am very pleased with the care I have received. The staff has always been great. There have been hiccups here and there but they have always been resolved.

Fueled by stupidly, ignorance, and a neverending stream of guinea pigs... the fake healthcare system grinds on. I tell you that you could end up dead if VA is your only healthcare. The federal courts...a derelict political structure and derelict in their duties in our democracy. Need lawsuits out the ass and also empty the place out completely.

The doctor and nurse were fine but the help getting checked was terrible. The first person said he was going on break when I stepped up. The 2nd booth, she didn’t want to be there and was rude. I hate the va customer service as they are usually rude. When I go in I always hear a vet getting upset. They should start with, I’m glad you are here, let’s get you checked in.

Happy with every aspect except the fact this medical facility still requires masks. It’s a proven fact that they do not work. You’d think medical personal would consider the medical problems that come with wearing a mask. It’s funny cause you see security jump out of their chairs to address someone without a mask. The staff said “we wear them till we’re told not to.” Meanwhile you can sit next to someone on a plane without one now. Let’s just act like medical professionals and not propaganda sheep. Stand up for something.

I really like the drs and nurses at this clinic. My biggest problem is trying to get an appointment set up via the phone. I either get bounced around or get disconnected. I’ve found it’s easier to go in to reschedule a missed appointment. The VA system needs to have a “portal” or internet system to make appointments and contact staff members.
