Just called. Still on hold, wait time 120 minutes. Went to 1 minute then back to 53 minutes. Rediculious. As I retired after 30 years in Hospital Adminstration. I would rate this as disgraceful.
The young lady that answers the phone listens to respond instead of listening with empathy. If she treats me this way then I know everyone else gets the same treatment. Remember who you are talking to when veterans call in for assistance.
All members were very professional and after checking in I did not have a long wait
Entire process was very positive. Online and counter check-ins were efficient. Level of care was outstanding. I felt respected and staff made me feel they really cared about me and explained treatment and set up follow-up at a time convienent for me. I highly recommend this facility.
