Brought my dog in this evening (October 2025) for an allergic reaction and Dr. Gradle, the Vet Techs, and the front desk stamp member were all phenomenal. The process upon check in was easy, and all staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Cradle also caught a sign of season allergies I forgot to ask about and gave me the right guidance. My pup sounded super comfortable with them as they let me know about how responded to them during their exam (immediate flop for belly rubs and gave them kisses). Beware wants to do a workup on a dead animal. Keep your babies close by so you can see what is happening. They put him in a cage, while trying to get me to agree to doing a medical procedures for a snake bite, did not want me to see my dog but thankfully one nurse insisted and he was already gone.

I went back today,9 days later, to have the sutures removed. I was told there would be no charge. The Vet Tech. took my dog. She told me the vet needed to see the vet. I felt they were just trying to... read more

We’re from Georgia vacationing but we had to bring our 3 month old Rott in today because she ate a toad and was not feeling well. The staff are very accommodating, and they don’t push your decisions on treatment — which we appreciated. There is a significant wait, but I can’t and won’t take a Star away for that because: IT’S AN EMERGENCY CLINIC! The worst cases come first; so expect the wait. (It really shouldn’t bother you.)
