My mom lived here and the people upstairs smoked. Her apartment smelled horribly of cigarettes. When she went down to complain to the lady in the office Maria, she basically told her she wouldn t do anything about it. She pays a good amount for a one bedroom and \$600 non refundable pet fees for 2 pets and she can t even enjoy her apartment. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone they don t care about there residence what so ever.
These apartments are not worth the rent charged. Management needs to invest more money in the interior and prehaps reconsider the rent prices. Also, the owners daughter, whom is an attorney, needs a little people skills. She is not very open to hearing about the negatives of the community and is quickly angered.

The apartments are nice and big but a lot of empty space. They are a bit overpriced and the walls are thin like many other apartments out there. If you want more for your money look elsewhere.

I actually think the units are GORGEOUS!! I saw the model and loved it and when i moved into my unit it wasnt the same floorplan but it looks just as good as the model unit. The rooms are huge and I stayed on the 3rd floor so I had the vaulted ceilings. I hated to move but I was buying a home. If a friend ever needs a place to stay I would definately refer them here!!! I agree the staff is a little flakey but when I left there the managers name was Melanie and she was soooo plesant.) She was extremely helpful and was very ti... read more

BE CAREFUL!! This place is awful! The apts for rent look NOTHING like the model. If you go there, please insist on seeing your actual unit prior to signing the lease.
