Recommendedawesome place. they've been saving lives for years
The care by the clinicians and doctors is great; but the counseling process needs improvement. There is also a huge disconnect with the call center and secretaries. My wife was told that counseling ended at 530 and that if we got before then... she would be seen. Please work on this as it is a huge disconnect between patients and the care they truly need.
I am not an addict but my primary care is with sstar and I feel like they are letting me slip through the cracks.
Terrible place to work. The staff is very unprofessional Meeting with clients leaving door open so everyone can hear clients business. Using cell phone in the office showing videos while at work. As the lead person in charge she needs to be more professional. Lousy place to work very unfair place to work.
Honestly saw this as a place that would sedate people then put them right back in to the same spots they came from. Luckily I am one of the success stories (going on 3 years was drink) but I can't say that part of my success wasn't built on spite. Because one of your counsolers had given me "6 months before I see you again" glad I proved that guy wrong (I am pretty sure his name was mike) but if I am part of the .01 percent that does good in your statistics you need to do better with the other 99% if you want any hope on mak... read more
