I'm blown away by the dumb. We have 4 kids age 19 months to 14 years old. Our kids have some health issues, so we have had our share of visits to multiple hospitals multiple times. NEVER have I had this happen. We have a family of his/hers/ours. My wife is the legal guardian to all of our kids. I was told that doesn't matter. They needed to speak to biological parent. My stepdaughter has been in the hospital with pain and they are dragging their feet. Wednesday she was told she needs her gallbladder out. They are not telling my wife anything.
A major injury can be incredibly stressful. Especially for a child on the Spectrum. Every single doctor, nurse, receptionist, and security guard went above and beyond to make sure our child was comfortable and understood what was going on. I am so glad the Urgent Care referred us to Cardinal Glennon!
Great children's hospital. We received wonderful care for our newborn son who was seen for what we thought were seiuzrs. Great neurology team.
Crooks! Paid my bill in full and now being charged more
We've been around the block a time or two. Our daughter has experienced 5 different children's hospitals and all have pros and cons. Let me tell you what we LOVE about SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. Beyond the great nurses (this is a given), the dining staff are so friendly! Come on, we all know food service can be demanding and not so glorious at times. Everyone we encounter smiles and is so pleasant. Oh and they make SUPER crispy bacon. YUM! Hot water!
