Absolutely appalled at the amount of attitude and disrespect you get while trying to schedule appointments with neurology. Parents with sick or special needs children already have enough on their minds before adding in terrible treatment over the phone while trying to schedule. Very well may find somewhere else to take my son for treatment.

RecommendedMy husband and me had to take our son there and everyone was great. And the doctors we had was wonderful with our son, they explained every thing to us... We had to take our son here cause another doctor said/thought he had cancer. Thank God he didn't have cancer but they did find a couple things that was wrong. We appreciate everything they did for our son. Thank you all! We give them 5 stars.

RecommendedThis hospital is full of amazing doctors and nurses! They did everything they could to get my daughter to gain weight when she had failure to thrive. They also did a phenomenal job when she had to be rushed there by ambulance to get blood transfusions because her hemoglobin was a 2.9! The cafeteria has great food!
Recommendedwe stayed on the 2nd floor with my youngest who swallowed a magnet🤦♀️🤣. Every staff member or volunteer that crossed our path was very kind and it made the whole experience much less stressful not only on my lil man but on me. The nurse he had the most, Chelsea, was absolutely amazing in every way. She brings a brightness to the room that makes all stress from being in a hospital fade away.
