I had the worst experience with this hospital’s ER staff yesterday. I think your ER staff could really stand some training in how to build a trusting and welcoming atmosphere with patients and their parents. I’ve already sent a formal complaint, so I will be brief but, I would expect better behavior from children.

my toddler was supposed to have surgery through Cardinal Glennon. I don't like how they communicate from Department to Department. I was given misinformation. his surgery had to be rescheduled twice. they may have good doctors but with lack of communication I'm concerned with errors in care that can occur. I felt very uneasy about having his procedure there. the types of mistakes that it seems like they're making it could cost the kid their life.

RecommendedThe kindness and sympathy of the staff was wonderful, our Granddaughter was so ill with a infection, fluids X-ray, everything was checked to resolved her illness. Thank you soooo much, she was better without 24 hours. We highly recommended this hospital
RecommendedStaff are compassionate, caring, professional and kind. I would never wish anyone to have to spend time in a NICU as a patient or family member, but if they must, Cardinal Glennon is full of the best healthcare providers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! DO NOT go here. They will do nothing for you. They will not listen to you and will probably prescribe you the wrong medication and you will have to go back and pay another outrageous Office visit to get the correct medication. Might have been prevented if they would have just taken the time to listen to me on the first Office visit. Staff is Rude and act like you are bothering them. They will do nothing but take your temp, weight, and height write you a script and charge you $30... read more
