Everyone at this office are outstanding. I've seen both Dr Gogineni and Laura [PA] and they are my favorite. I've heard the other dr in the other clinic is great too. This office is so much better than all the others. They actually LISTEN and HELP! They have helped both my partner and myself greatly. I was recently put on a tiny dose of statins and im greatful that they are checking for muscle issues-note im having 0 issues! The office even got us set up with colonoscopies. I hope they dont ever retire!
I’ve been seeing Dr Gogineni since I was s17 . I’m 51 that should tell you everything you need to know . My family loves her . She’s super smart . Catches everything. Listens and does exactly what you need. We love you Dr Gogineni
This office does not allow prescription refills over the phone unless you make an appointment. Prescription refills that were made WITH the doctors themselves. What doctor requires their patients to do this for the most basic procedures? What if the patient is running out of medications they absolutely need but are not able to make an appointment in time before they run out? Dr. Gogenini and Lauren are great, but the office staff is terrible. It’s hard to make an appointment, even for virtual visits, and when you finally get one, you’ll get multiple calls from their office beforehand wanting to confirm the appointment. When the appointment time comes, you can end up waiting over 30 minutes online because the PA or doctor seems to be double or triple booked.
