I had the most amazing experience car shopping at S&R Motors in Hayward Ca. The staff without a doubt are professional and great have personalities. They had me laughing and trust me it takes a lot for me to laugh.. From Jackie to Jim and Tomas are a class act. Last but not least the sales manager, Esmeralda Talavera for having the patience and going above and beyond to get me the best possible finance institution and deal without it being a burden. I would never buy a car from them, and I urge anyone else not to either. They take advantage of things you dont know. I bought a tesla from them, not knowing anything about a tesla. They talked us into buying a lojack for the car. Lojacks aren't needed for teslas cause they sync to your phone. They also dont do very well service checks on their vehicles. When we brought the car home, we noticed that 1 of the head lights was messing up, wasnt working properly. They acted like they were trying to help us out for like a month b... read more
The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with, which made the experience much better overall. My only complaint was the long amount of time spent waiting during the car-buying process. I’m in love with my new car!
