You all used to be much better. I have had the lava wash for over a year now. On a regular basis you have no dash towels no air fresheners. (As yesterday I got neither). I didn't seem the wash was working properly yesterday and the wash was not going on the display board. When asked what wash I get, I said lava wash, the worker still proceeded to go check in the office or wherever before writing it on the window as if I lied.
They did a good job and Blake the glass man was quick too.
If you want your car scratched this is the place to go!!! Don't bother letting the owner know about it because he doesn't even have the time to call you back. I will not spend another dime here and urge you to not as well unless you want your vehicle damaged.
Perhaps a no smoking sign on your outside patio....there is a law in place. While waiting for my car two different people lit up. Gross!
