Worst service ever !! Food over cook bartender rude !! Employees smoking out in the front or drinking after their shift Overall never coming back !!

The beds were very comfortable, nice clean rooms, decently priced. Would have liked to have a fan or some kind of A.C in the room so we didn't have to keep the window open. I also would have liked to see more of a option with breakfast discount at the restaurant. People were friendly and the overall experience was good.
This is are first time staying here we love it the ocean view is amazing the room is nice the shower was actually nice we took my wife's dad he had the handicap room and it was amazing I will definitely be back the pool was heated the spa was perfect ☝☝
Rooms are very nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. No microwave sucked since we wanted to reheat our anniversary dinner that was too much too eat all of it at the Restaurant . I'm one of the only people left in America who smokes but No smoking anywhere on the hotel grounds.. had to stand on the street corner like a prostitute or its 250.00 fine. Other than that.. it was nice.
I loved our room, the veiw, the fireplace, the patio, the service, all of it! So much I stayed an extra day. Can't wait to go back♡

My wonderful fiancé brought me here to spend my birthday weekend. We had a great time. The room was beautiful...we had a full view of the ocean. Would definitely come back
I didn't get the room I reserved online. Clerk at the desk didn't care. AC didn't work. Again clerk at the desk didn't care. Had to leave door and window wide open to get some kind of breeze. It was a miserable stay. I couldn't wait to check out the next morning. Checkout is at 1100, we were out by 0700 am. Will never stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel!!!

The issue with the type of room is one we hear from time to time, and is an unfortunate byproduct of booking your reservation through a third-party website (Expedia, Priceline, etc.). These on-line travel agencies don't descirbe the room types and amenities anywhere near as well as either the hotel's website, or actually calling the hotel to make a reservation.
