The ocean view was amazing and Jennifer was outstanding. I also thought the room was great. When I walked along the acean I thought the beach front of the Spyglass was actually nicer than the two hotels next to it. We also had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. The pool and hot tub are a little dated and small.

Randomly chose this hotel on our honeymoon road trip. Angela was super friendly and accommodating. Immediately sold us on the stay. Rooms are amazing and crispy clean. We will return! �

Beautiful location and nice restaurant. We had an exquisite view from our room. Loved the grassy area and the fire pits. Room had a fireplace.
We did not feel welcome. The room they gave us need serious remodeling. I felt they gave us a second class room.The carpet was dirty. It needs deep cleaning, also the toilet was loose, the toilet seat was damage, and the bottom of the bathroom door looks pretty bad. The cleaning crew forgot basic supplies. Customer service was a little intrusive, they wanted to know my business there at Pismo Beach. I don't know. from the moment of checking in, I did not feel welcome and totally satisfied for the price that was pay for.

Also, our staff was simply having a friendly conversation with you about your travels and in no way meant to come across intrusive. Guest are traveling so we ask about their travels. We do hope you give us another chance to impress upon you our wonderful rooms and customer service.
Room view is gorgeous. Fire pit awesome! Disappointed no coffee in lobby in the a.m., I understand no continental cause they want us to the Spyglass restaurant but, as least bananas or apples would of been nice for us early birds.

We are working on getting coffee in our lobby soon as many other guests have asked as well. Just waiting on some electrical issues for the new coffee machine to be installed. We hope to have it up and brewing by the time you return. Thank you.
