Don't try booking a birthday party here. They do not respond at all about your inquiries. You have to call multiple times to be told "the guy who does the rental isnt here until the following week", to which when you try again that person still isnt available. When asked to speak to a manager you get a very circular answer. I was told mutplie times ill get a return call and never did.
