My primary care is here. It is so frustrating at times to get an appointment . I call, I am told to call on Wednesday or Thursday to get a same day appointment. I call on Wednesday morning and behold, both of those days are full. I can't book an appointment in advanced. I don't understand why I cannot just book an appointment in advance. Beyond frustrating.

Doctors are nice, receptionist is terrible. Talked to another lady and she said the same thing she hates to call to book in. Receptionist is rude and ignorant! Worst family doctor ive been too
The negative reviews are not for the Spryfield Family Medical Clinic, they're for other clinics with a similar name. Dr. Bayard and Dr. Matheson are wonderful doctors. { They're the only 2 I ever had }. They listen to what I have to say, they respond quickly and always have a plan to help me. Doctors are pushed so hard nowadays { they have to have thousands of patients etc. }, but these two have always been top notch. I can't say "thank you" enough to them.
