I’ve been disappointed by the lack of communication and poor treatment I received from Spryfield Veterinary Clinic. I showed up for a scheduled appointment, only to find the clinic closed—without any prior notice of cancellation. I had even received an email confirming the appointment When I called to express my concern, the staff member implied that the responsibility was mine for not hearing a voicemail, and then blamed me for being “disrespectful” before hanging up on me—twice. From what I've heard about this vet, they aren't very good... My dad took our kitty Link there once, I think, and as far as I remember, it didn't go too well...
