Five stars — an exceptional experience with Dr. Reyes and the entire team at Spout Pediatric Care. We came to Spout Pediatric Care as new patients with a very sick child and two understandably nervous parents. From the beginning, Dr. Reyes and his staff went out of their way to make the transition incredibly easy. My toddler has been going to here since they were days old out of the hospital. The staff here all deserve raises for the hard work put into the great patient care. My little one wasn’t the greatest at getting vitals from this time around, and not once was anyone made to feel poorly about it. Dr. Reyes is knowledgeable and kind. His staff are patient, friendly, and informative. I wish all doctor offices were as wonderful as Sprout. I trust them 100% and am truly thankful we were referred to these lovely folks.
Dr. Reyes and his staff have been so awesome. I now have 3 of my children at his practice. His knowledge, bedside manner and care for my kids is just top reasons I love their office.
I can’t say enough good things about this office! The front desk staff, nurses, Ariel, and Dr. Reyes are all absolutely wonderful. Ariel and Dr. Reyes always take their time with our baby, never make us feel rushed, and thoroughly answer every question and concern we have. We are consistently brought back almost immediately with little to no wait, and when we call the office, someone answers right away or returns our message promptly. Dr. Reyes has the most amazing ability to treat, love, understand and help children that I have ever seen. Other than Dr. Eastman, he is the caring physician I know. My son is diagnosed autistic and Dr. Reyes has the ability to examine and treat him in a way that is almost Mary Poppin like. He is outstanding at his job!!!
