Terrible communication. Called and went over vaccines prior and they scheduled me and my son no problem. Then changed and refused care on the day we arrived because my son didn't have Hep B which they said was fine on the phone. Terrible service.
Dr. Reyes and his staff are amazing. He is so patient, an amazing listener, and wonderful at talking you through and explaining everything. I would give five hundred stars if I could.
