I came to sprout while pregnant with our second baby. I found the staff here were supportive and passionate about getting me ready for my birth. I was able to birth a 10lb 8 oz baby naturally so I give much credit to chiropractic and bodywork! I also brought baby in for craniosacral after getting his frenectomy. Jenni was gentle and calming with him. Baby was so relaxed after his appointments and his latch improved. Sprout is fantastic!
I wish I hadn't been so skeptical of chiropractic treatment for sacroilliac joint pain during my entire first pregnancy, as well as the majority of my recent pregnancy. It took a breech baby for me to give it a try at 35 weeks, and I was shocked at how specifically the adjustments addressed my trouble spots. It would have been so helpful to me if my primary care physicians had been able to speak to this modality with less inhibition. I am very happy with my chiropractic care here-starting at 36 weeks pregnant and continuing now at 39 weeks- I have seen a big improvement of my back pain. I also had a 90 minute prenatal massage and it was wonderful. Relaxing and very helpful for my tired, achey muscles at 38 weeks pregnant. Highly recommend.
Jeni Massa is fantastic! I have always been skeptical of chiropractic care but my doulas and midwives advised me to go multiple times. I finally gave in toward the latter part of my pregnancy and was rewarded with less pain and discomfort. Jeni also went above and beyond her call of duty and organized a meal train for us. Top notch human and business!
Both practitioners here are amazing!! They helped me so much to prepare my body for my 3rd birth. I would highly recommend!
