I have been lied to and disrespected...they were to send me a refund check because I sent back the sprint ray...and to date I have not received the refund nor a phone call from anyone there after my repeated attempts to contact them. dr. joyce byrd
They make many promises when you'll have your equipment. They'll gladly take your money & leave you hanging, making more promises after promises on when your equipment will actually arrive.
Trying to get a unit evaluated for repair...it arrived at their facility 6/24/2019 and today is 7/30/2019. I’ve called a couple times a week...sometimes I’ll give up after 15 minutes hold time, sometimes they’ll actually pick up the phone...and of course I get some ‘backlog’ story or promise of return call that never happens. Unbelievable.
I recieve no response when I email or call. over 30% of my prints fail.
