Excellent experience with my car purchase last week. Sales advisor, Clark Courtney, was great! Helpful, no pressure, very informed. Julie Garcia was direct, honest, well-prepared. Internal service advisor, Greg Ranslow, handled preparation of the car, answered my questions. I couldn't be any happier with the entire experience and the way MB of Sac treated me.
BE VERY CAREFUL!! They sold me a CPO GL450 with non standard wheels that turned out to be defective. They never mentioned about non standard wheels to me during sales which violates CPO terms. Their service department couldn’t fix the issue after 4 attempts and when they finally did, they wanted me to pay $1200 to change the wheels. My advice - Stay away !!
Have always had excellent service and care at Mercedes Benz of Sacramento. Service Department is always on top of the service and transportation.
