We have been returning to this dealership for over 17 years and 5 cars later. It is because of our salesman, Eric Johnson and the fact that we know he will be there everytime and provides GREAT service during everyone of our purchases.
Poor service. Had my service done here some time back. After the service the brakes started make a noise when braking. Seems like something is not aligned after the brakes were serviced. When I took the car to them, the excuse given to me was that the tires are causing it and new tires will fix this. My tires still have 3/4 tread left and they are asking me to get new tires. Ridiculous.

Great customer service!!! Fantastic service department! Good service reps and very knowledgeable! Austin is a asset to Mercedes! So glad he came from el Dorado Mercedes to help out in Arden. We will definitely go back to the Arden Benz location.
