Horrible - We were promised all weather mats for our new 2020 Benz GLC from Brett if we gave them all “10’s” and “YES’s” on their survey since its a “pass” or “fail!” After contacting him numerous of times via and being told they were in the mail (which of course is a lie), we realized they are like any other car company just out for themselves. If you are looking to buy a new Benz go to a different location. Sacramento is the worst!!
I came in there to have my lights replaced and I came out of there with another bigger problem instead. Before I had my car serviced, I specifically mentioned to the staff to make sure that the trunk closes because I’ve always encountered that problem everytime right after I have it serviced there. Usually it was the wires that they left hanging out. This time the trunk wouldn’t close because it wouldn’t latch anymore; it was working before I came there.
