I went to the Apple store at Barton Creek Mall, but they didn't really help me. Go see Nestor if you’re having any phone issues! He was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. I arrived just 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening (5:30 PM), and Nestor stayed with me until 8PM, patiently troubleshooting my service problems.
