Horrible experience. Very poor customer service. The person is very rude. They treat people with different attitude.
My mom went to this location to connect her phone and the person who helped her made her pay $50 and didn’t even end up connecting the phone and when she asked him to please help her because the phone didn’t work they were extremely rude to her and buried me. Really hard time speaking English and they were absolutely disgusting and told her that she had to call T-Mobile to fix it. Was in the store for 2 hours. Only one customer ahead of us and had to wait over 1.5 hours to replace and activate a phone. At least 6 customers left because they weren’t helped in this 2 hour time frame as well.
Excellent experience. I came here in person on 2021-09-04 around 2pm. I had come from another T-Mobile location that was unable to provide a fully-functional Sprint SIM card for our Pixel 4. A lady, with whom I had spoken on the phone, explained the difficulty, and a gentleman coworker helpfully clarified the technical limitations. Went into this location on August 25, 2021 to do an early upgrade. Nessa, was the only one in the store, very rude and unprofessional. She act as if she didn't know anything. First she says that they only had an iPhone 12 mini in stock and that she would call their sister company to see if they have an iPhone 12 Pro or an iPhone 12 Pro Max. She goes to the back of the store then comes out with her manager Alyssa on the phone and puts Alyssa on speaker phone to tell me about the iPhone forever plan.
