I have had the worst experience with Sprint. I signed up with Sprint and later found out from NUMEROUS Sprint representatives in person and on their Customer Service line that the "cell towers are down" or there is "terrible service in my geographical area" they offered "boosters" then none were available. I finally could not take the terrible service and Customer Service, I made the switch to Verizon with the exception of my 85 yr old father-in-law's account that I pay for. I did not want to upset his life with the cell phone 'hassle' of porting over his number and all. Now ONLY his number out of 6 remain with Sprint. Wouldn't you know NOW I can not log into my own account to pay, see my bill etc because they want to send a "verification text" to my 85 year old father-in-law...This company lacks not only Customer Service they lack any problem resolution in total. The expense to cancel, purchase devices, move lines etc was so very costly it was in the thousands. Sprint offers nothing for their poor service in my area. Nothing...Today after going to a Sprint store to hopefully resolve the billing issue, I was sent to a Corporate Store 20 minutes away. I was greeted by Cynthia Ruiz who claims herself the "store manager". She told me to wait while she spoke to a gentleman who was being assisted by another associate from Sprint, She needed to speak Spanish to this customer as the Sprint rep who was helping him spoke English. We are in the US so English is the language here. I waited for her to complete giving this gentleman superior service in Spanish, which I also speak, however recognize the language of the country I reside. She then offered ZERO assistance to me and told me to "call customer service there is nothing she could do." Then she barked at me to "leave her store." Absolutely UNREAL the way this company runs their business. I will be leaving reviews on every platform regarding Cynthia Ruiz at Sprint Corp Store 4301 W. William Cannon Austin TX 78749. She certainly needs training.

I went into this store and was immediately greeted and assisted. I was somewhat in a bad mood before entering the store due to my phone charger not working. After being greeted and service I was extremely relieved that they were able to help me out with getting a new charger and giving a discounted rate off a speaker that I was extremely interested in. Not only were the individuals helpful and patient, but also they were extremely informative. I would recommend that anyone having issues or looking for great service needs to go to this store.

Avoid at All Costs – While Austin Sprint stores are already notorious for being incredibly stringent and shady, this location may take the cake. I took my phone in for replacement as it was having multiple problems with the screen. Having dealt with Sprint replacements before, I was expecting a quick diagnosis/confirmation of the problem, a replacement phone to be ordered and then an exchange in a couple days when the phone comes in. Couldn't have been more wrong. After demonstrating the problems to the customer service agent, I was informed I would have to leave my phone at the Sprint store for an hour for the technicians to inspect it. Every time prior I've had to get a phone repaired/replaced, they've done it on-site and immediately; apparently this store doesn't extend that luxury to its customers. Upon returning to the store, a different service agent informs me that the technician noticed physical damage (a small chip in the interior phone housing due to the rough keyboard slide out mechanism) and also was not able to replicate my reported problems (despite me demonstrating the problems to the previous service agent). While I disagree with the assessment, I didn't necessarily hold anything against their strict adherence to a claimed standard Sprint corporate holds them to. That is, until the phone started to develop additional problems a week later and I took the phone to a different store. The technician at the South Mopac Expy store had put a flag on my account (called a "DVR") which ultimately prevented any other technician from even inspecting the unit. According to Sprint Customer Care, only the store can remove these flags; according to this store, these flags can never be removed from a device. The one thing that resonated with me during my discussion with the manager was that while both a CSR at a different location and the Sprint Corporate representative took at least a semblance of pity on my situation, the manager at this So Mopac location alluded to a displeasure of other Sprint stores that extend leniency to users instead of this totalitarian viewpoint that Austin Sprint stores buy into.
