I have had the worst experience with Sprint. I signed up with Sprint and later found out from NUMEROUS Sprint representatives in person and on their Customer Service line that the "cell towers are down" or there is "terrible service in my geographical area" they offered "boosters" then none were available. I finally could not take the terrible service and Customer Service, I made the switch to Verizon with the exception of my 85 yr old father-in-law's account that I pay for.
