Jus went in, store was not packed, yet worker was annoyed that he had to work. Offered to help ,then could not.rather than go any further he remarked "do you want to sit down or NO? HELL NO!!! these new young uns do not want to work period!
My dad and I had a wonderful experience at this location. The entire team was kind, helpful, and professional. While we were there, a woman returned to retrieve her purse that she had accidentally left in the restroom, and the staff had already safely locked it away until she came back — which really speaks to their integrity and care. Ezekiel provided excellent customer service and resolved our issue promptly. Thank you so much! This staff is truly top-notch.
Geo was super helpful, and made it easy to do what we need to do and understand how everything works. This is a great store to visit.

If there were an award for most terrible and unbending customer service company, T-Mobile would definitely win! I suspended my service. Silly me, I thought that meant that they wouldn't bill me for that period. They didn't tell me different. In fact what it really means is that they're going to charge me FULL PRICE anyway I just won't have service. What is the purpose in that? What does "suspended" even mean? Uttely meaningless function.
