I came into this store to ask questions regarding a recent promotion to upgrade my phone and the representative who came to speak to me was immediately dismissive. From the jump telling me to go somewhere else to get a phone because they were back-ordered before I was even able to ask any questions. He also told me to “speak to my dad” about upgrading my plan without knowing anything about my plan or situation. Long time Tmobile customer, however, this store location has some condescending, rude, 'know-it-all' employees which does not lend to a positive customer experience. To the owner, do better; more training, employee review cycles, whatever it takes to teach respect. The rep that helped me acted so rude because I was asking questions during my visit - like what?
