Erick M. helped me when I brought my phone in the store due to several cracks. He assisted me in filling out the phone repair form online. Once Assurant approved & resolved the issue on the phone, I came back into the store and Erick helped put a new screen protector on my phone. Geo and Briana were fantastic at setting up my acct. I am 76 and a little slow on tech stuff. For only $3 a month I am getting Apple TV. My partner and I love Silo. We are binging it. We highly recommend T-Mobile. My partner and I went back to the store because I wanted a couple of the senior perks. Hulu and Netflix.
Ran into some password issues with new phone. Went into local T-Mobile office and Ricky helped me factory reset my phone and I was up and running in like 10 minutes. Thank you so much. Barry
