When we started looking at Waubesa Shores condos, we were very lucky to work with Juli Stinson. She was always available to all answer of our questions. Because we liked her so much, we asked her to sell our Sun Prairie home. Her staging and advertising was so awesome that we received an offer after the 1st showing. Highly recommend.
Juli was fantastic. She sold our home to the first people that saw the house, for more than what we expected. She gave great advice to stage the home and have it ready for prospective buyers. She was also a great advocate when we bought our condo. She made it very easy for us.
We worked with Patrick to purchase a house near campus for our college aged children. Patrick was remarkable to work with. He spent hours tracking down places for us to view, as well as numerous calls, emails and visits to zoning to make sure we were understanding zoning regulations. Shelly and the whole team at Sprinkman have been a delight to work with. Our house sold in 2 days and only serious buyers were brought through so there was minimal inconvenience for us. The transaction had some complications and Shelly was always professional, acted with integrity and worked for the common best interest. I've moved many times and I have to say that this is the best experience selling a house that I've ever had.
