Did not review All Valves when their Co. states " Sprinkler Repair" Only repaired 1 valve when payed $400.00, since they are the experts they did not Repair All Valves. Had to call on them twice. Will NOT Recommend them at all. Sad to say.

I was quoted a price to correct a leak under a section of artifical turf and was told this would correct the problem the right way. When I got my written estimate the price increased by $100.00. I called to question and was told they couldn't remember what they quoted me. When the repairman arrived he told me it had to be done differently to be done right and it would cost me another $200.00. HIred MSR to redo my irrigation system. David sent a message saying that they would be at my home on Wednesday. No show; no message. I messaged him 3 times with no response and finally said don't bother coming. I asked on the weekend what time he would arrive at my house; no response.

The punctuality, quality of work, etc is very unsatisfactory. David likes to keep things unclear for opportunities to create extra revenue and take advantage of your trust and optimism. He gets a deposit to get your foot in and doesn't care about being punctual on promised day to show start the job. I feel that my optimism and patience has been taken for granted because after all the wait the quality of work is not satisfactory.
