Dishonest Company. Came out & inspected systems at 2 homes. We agreed on price of $4000 to redo both systems. Long story short, I foolishly paid them in full as I was leaving town & they had yet to finish. I did so with an agreement to complete the work as well as repair damage they did disconnecting Rid o Rust tanks. They promised they would complete in a few days. The agreed upon work for the $4,000 was in fact completed by the technician. The rid 'o rust system had to be left disconnected due to the fact that it was malfunctioning and would affect all the work that was done. Due to the large amount of work still needed and unforeseen until the initial repairs were completed an additional estimate was left however the customer declined. These folks are a rip -off. I called them to fix a bad sprinkler valve. Three people showed up. I jokingly said that I was not going to pay for three people when one person would do. Without hardly any troubleshooting, the lead guy Dan quoted me $360 to replace all three valves in the box (only one was not working!) I said ok. This is not our companies first time dealing with this customer and having a similar situation. This just happens to be the worst of all interactions so far. The customer has extensive wire issues on property for which we have told him before in previous visits. Our technician was on property for nearly 6 hours getting the system up and going and at the end the customer simply paid only what he wanted to pay. Company installed a well on the neighboring property without approval. New owners of the property punctured the well while building a new house there. Company will not return our calls. An attorney has been retained to litigate the matter on our behalf.

Well was installed over 2 years ago on the customers property that paid for the approved work completed. Since this is not a warranty issue and apparently has been turned over to an attorneys hands we ask that this matter be closed with the bbb and our company will deal directly with the disputing party. thank you
Sprinkler repair inc will price gouge and rip you off. They quoted me 640 for a valve leak in my yard for 4 zones. Then when they found out it was 3 zones only they went down to 500. I was told that the leaking was running up my water bill and I going on vacation and could not wait for repair. They ultimately charged me 550 to adjust sprinklers in my back yard and replace a cover to my valves after repairing the valve leak. Mr ****** was quoted up front before work was started the cost for which he gave the go ahead and signed the invoice and credit card receipt. Sprinkler Repair, Inc charges industry standards on all parts and materials, this has been our practice for over 20 years and serving over 90 thousand customers in the Central Florida area.

my experience with Brad of sprinkler repair inc of 1782 Otisco way winter springs fl 32708 was very positive.He did a thorough check and made a recommendation that was very successful. He and his team was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
Don't have a lot of good things to say about Sprinkler Repair, Inc. 'Been a loyal customer for 10 years. 2 ½ years ago, I paid $570 for a new back flow valve. Two weeks later it was leaking. They came out and repaired it ($125 labor.) A year later it was leaking again. I was told they only honor a 6-month warranty. (Another $100 in labor to fix the leak.) The leak in the back flow was due to the male adapter fitting being cracked by what appeared to be a lawn mower, the reason for the charge was because the back flow itself was not the problem therefore not a manufacturer warranty issue. If the leak persisted it is due to a fragment from the fitting that was cracked after the original install, we returned multiple times to attempt to resolve the problem but again due to an event that occurred after our company installed the device the back flow was never the same.
