FALSE ADVERTISING: Business advertises "Free Estimate". They charge $85 Trip fee that is not applied to the repair charge because they are "busy".

I had sprinkler repair inc come to my home, the experience was poor, the service representative attempted to charge me for 2 full hours while he was at my property for 1 hour and 10 minutes. CRGC's experience with Sprinkler Repair, Inc. was very good. Matt and his crew showed up on time, even though it was pouring rain, they waited till it let up and all worked hard to complete the job. Matt identified extra work that should be done to ensure the sprinkler system was working properly. He was very fair with his estimate. We had asked to have a hose bib placed at a far side of our garden, he provided an estimate, then on workday found a more direct and less expensive route, invoice was adjusted. Similar experience as below, they called one day earlier than scheduled and asked if the worker could come immediately, we agreed, we told crew of two exactly what we needed, they took an hour to eval our yard, which is not very large, they tried to get us to replace weeper with sprinkler (which would spray onto the siding, which is why we changed to a weeper), tried to sell us an entire replacement for entire yard, not just what we needed, for $2000, then said could not adjust sprinkler, had to replace with new, (those spri... read more

Rude and unprofessional. I just experienced the most disrespectful and rude call ever from an employee of Sprinkler repair inc by the name of Jan at the Sanford office. She called and left me a voicemail saying someone could be at my house 1 hour earlier than my scheduled appointment which was 10:30am. 10 minutes pass and I call her back and to let her know that I was at home available and she proceeds to tell me that the tech can no longer come an hour early or at my 10:30am appointment because I didn't pick up when she cal... read more

Scammers in the sprinkler business. I used them back in 2007 and thought they were great. They tell you the price at the end of the job then prepare for the shock. Overpriced! Search elsewhere. I had to complain to a manager who sent them (two) back because they never buried the lines on either side of the house 24 volt. One of the two was lazy. I made some mistakes choosing this company as history does change (from good quality experience to con artist who charge high prices for a simple job)

I am highly recommending Sprinkler Repair, Inc. They are a pleasure to deal with from the office staff to the men who did the repairs that I needed. Johnny & Eric arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and professional. I received a reasonable estimate and they were able to do the work today. I am thrilled. Sprinkler Repair, Inc. is my new irrigation specialist. Thank you. Excellent service! I recently had sprinkler repair out to my home due to dry spots in my yard and my control box not working. The technician Johnny went through all parts of my system made the proper adjustments and was able to get my control box working again and replaced all the broken heads in my yard. I recommended them to all my neighbors and friends. Thanks sprinkler repair!
