We have been trying to get a hold of them for months to repair the 2k job that they did in our yard, that was also supposedly 'guaranteed'.....never heard back. Called, emailed several times. Now the phone numbers don't work Hmmmmm I wonder why?

The gentleman that made the bid was great. The customer service folks are friendly. HOWEVER, my experience is that it ends there! Th etechnician showed up 4 hours late and proceeded to up sell me for an hour. Items I believed to be included in my bid were not and the technician told me there would be additional charges. He even said I needed additional work and if I went through him vs the company, he could save me half of the amount. I felt and still feel VERY ripped off. SRG Rancho Cordova didn't shoe as scheduled. I called and Reset appointment for next day to repair 3 broken sprinklers. Was informed it would take 2 people 5 hours at $65 per hour. I should have declined at that time. There was no mention of material cost the next business day one person did the repair taking 5 hours. The cost $740 When confronted about the cost got a lot of double talk and was told he forgot to tell me how expensive the materials were. I also paid for the guy to take lunch break. Not sure about other places but the product in Florida was terrible. Nobody was willing to follow through and fix any of my issues from the shoddy work. Big company with little care for the customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
They did a great job on our sprinkler nightmare. They were there when they said they would and done a day earlier than expected. They cleaned up their mess too. Fair pricing also. I highly recommend calling Ramsey from SRG for all for your irrigation needs.
