I was admitted on June 12 and left on July 11 I could not walk or do anything for myself after breaking my hip and shoulder as well as dislocating the shoulder and having surgery on both. The care I received was phenomenal from everyone. I could not have made it without Felix, Sara, Pat, Jean, Laura!Bradley, Ben, Sharrika, Meagan and most of all Wes, Geoffrey, Beth who were so patient and kind while working with me and after a few setbacks helped me progress to walking and doing for myself in a little over a week. Springtree Health and Rehab has a friendly and encouraging staff. They work hard to provide the best outcomes for their residents. It's important to them that residents and families have the support they need.
I was admitted on Oct. 22 and I truly wasn't sure what to expect but I did hear good things about Springtree prior to my admittance. My nurses, Pt's and Ot's, Doctor and most of the CNA's were absolutely awesome. Everyone there was so nice and I grew to love my rehab. I hope I am never in a position to go back to rehab, but if I do I will definitely choose Springtree again. I miss you guys and I know that you are helping others as great as you helped me. You people rock!!
