I left rehab yesterday after 9weeks and am so grateful to the staff for taking excellent care of me and helping me walk again after 6 weeks of being bedridden. They encouraged me, guided me and kicked my butt when I needed it. They helped me gain the skills to continue getting better after discharge!
Currently going on 43 minutes for them to track down the nurse Brittney just to ask questions about what is going on with my mother. This place is rediculous. This place is not that big that they couldn't find a person. If you cannot track a worker down, what about if a resident goes missing? Last time she was here this was the same crap we dealt with. When are things going to change around here?
