This nursing home is 1 of many in the area owned by the same corporation and its clear all they care about is money. They expect 1 nurse to care for about 15-20 patients at a time. A lot of the time they are short staffed. They have good people that work there but the good ones are the ones having to do everything the bad ones don't do because they are lazy and don't care. RecommendedMy friend Nancy recently had a four week stay for rehabilitation at Springtree. Everyone there was so nice,friendly and professional. As a health care provider I was very impressed. very loving and caring staff. i couldnt have asked for a better group of ppl to help get my dad back on his feet!
My granny is currently a resident in the long term side of the facility. My family and I visited her today and it took two hours, 2 to 3 requests for pain medicine, and to be cleaned up from a bowel movement and to have medicine rubbed on her bed sore on her bottom. On top of that, after my granny asking for help once or twice with no answer, I had to go to the desk and ask a nurse to come for help twice. They were rude and acted like my family and my granny were a problem for them. If I could give less than a one star revie... read more
This is the best place ever. My 81yr old mom has the best care �. From her nurse Summer who keeps me informed of moms issues. She is proactive in making sure her medical needs are met. She treats her with respect. Her CNAs, housekeeping, dietary and even the billing dept. They are all professional and care about their residents. Mom came from Richfield after going into renal failure. She not only is feeling better she has a better quality of life and I'm so grateful.
