Thank you to management who agreed to allow a celebration of life for us, since there was no other services, and to the employees Rachel and JB for speaking about my cousin at that celebration. The love you all have shown my family, the same love you showed my cousin in her life there, will always be dear to me.
when I was in spring tree I was assaulted by one of the physical therapist and filled a report with David the head of the department to no avail. Nothing was done and nothing else was said. Very poor! I am in my early 50s what would happen if it was your elderly mother or father. Think twice about this place
We had a wonderful experience with my mom's stay at Springtree Health and Rehab. The people in nursing and rehab took great care of her. We ended up having a delay in her discharge and the discharge planner, Brad was able to cancel everything we had set up and ended up setting us up with completely new discharge arrangements at a moment's notice. We really appreciate everyone's compassion, care, and attention to detail. If we are ever in need of services again, we will definitely return to Springtree.
I could not have asked for a better experience! The staff was kind and courteous and made my unpleasant situation so much better. I know this type of facility is not one you want to have to go to, but if you ever do need this type of care, I HIGHLY recommend Springtree! Everyone was so nice - from the therapists to the restaurant staff.

I recently spent some time in this facility, and it was my great fortune to find some wonderful workers on the staff. The people in therapy were true professionals in every sense of the word. I developed great trust in them. I will always be grateful.
