My experience was not one I want to revisit. I just will say this. If you want surprise someone and get them flowers? go to a different shop!! because this place calls the people BEFORE they deliver, so what kind of surprise is that?

It was too hot to try and deliver the flowers without confirming you are home it was over 100 degrees outside and Neighbors aren't always home or they don't want to accept them, You have already went on Yelp and left a bad review , why get on our Facebook. We are a small family business and try our best to make our customers happy.
Wow, I am so pleased with the service provided. We are from out of the area and was looking for a florist who could send my 5 year old granddaughter a balloon bouquet. She broke her arm while playing on the monkey bars at kindergarten. I called and spoke with a man and he laid out a cute arrangement and texted the photo for me. It was perfect. If zero stars was an option, this flower shop would get that rating. Horrible customer service and business ethics... A disgrace to the floral industry, very unprofessional and childish employees. Not to mention the owner is a bold faced liar!!!
I am amazed by this floral shop. I spoke with them about a Peace Lilly that I received at my husband's memorial service. I told them it looked like it was dying. They told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do for the plant. When I arrived, they had a new plant waiting for me and just exchanged the dying one. No charge just the comment keep it out of the sun and how to care for it. I can't express how grateful I am for their kindness and generosity.
