No Complaints I have lived here since December 2008, and thankfully I have yet to have a problem. I don't know when these other people on here wrote their reviews, but the staff that has been there since I moved in has consistently been kind, respectful, and helpful. The exterior of the buildings were renovated last year, so they look good. They were built in the late 1980's so they are still a fairly modern design. Misrepresentation All The Way At The Springs I am currently a renter here. The office people are friendly UNTIL you rent. It's awful here. They don't plow the snow from the parking lots. The maintenance peopel are always in your apartment when you're not there. I have left a hidden camera going and people are in my apartment all the time without me filing a service request. No, thank you! Initial walkthrough and paperwork went really well, but soon after I learned how poor the communication is between the office here and the managment company (Edward Rose). They each had me on different lease terms and I received a letter stating that I owed an additional $600 for my deposit after I moved in (What!?). Got that mess cleared up, tried to add someone to the lease, and 9 months later I find out that the management company has them on the lease, but the office here is telling me they were never adde... read more

Absolutely horrible... I speak from experience and I must tell you this place is horrible. Here's what happened. I rented an apartment from them for a year lease. I payed my first and last month's rent + security deposit and moved in. After I had been there for 3 days, I received a notice that they didn't have my check and that if I didn't pay them immediately I would be evicted. It wasn't my fault there inept staff lost my check. So I gave them a new check and went to the bank and cancelled the other one for a $20 fee. They... read more
The Springs is Terrible Lived there 2yrs. They drastically increased rent after the first year, there was nothing i could do and there was nothing stating it could/would happen until it did. People in the leasing office are usually of no help and 95% of the time rude. The 5% good was for when we looked at the place and signed the lease...of course. Terrible place to live Renter beware!! This complex is terrible. The only good thing is the ample parking. Management/manager is new and makes you feel like you're unwanted there. They are not flexible nor do they care about your needs. Leasing office likes to screw you over with fake late charges. It took maintenance over 6 weeks to fix my AC unit in the middle of a sweltering summer season, without compensation. The washer and dryer was broken when I moved in to when I moved out.
