I lived here for 1 year. They charge you for unresonable things,. Remember your rent is pluse what you pay for deposite because it doesnt matter how much you clean the apartment and move out,they dont pay you back at all. I had done a deep cleaning with carpet cleaner and changed burner plates but they needed recite and I didnt have and they charged me whaile they could see it was clean and burner pates were new and haven't been used before and they charged me $50 for carpet ...Continue Reading
Everyone has been so friendly from the start! We recently had a maintenance issue and the staff responded quickly and we are greatly appreciated of their efficiency! The manager Whitney made sure we were taken care of. We also want to say that Jordain, Jade and the rest of the staff meet you with a smile when you see them and makes coming home inviting. 😊
I really love my apartment here, I like everything about it , it is well maintained, community areas are clean and every time I have call for some maintenance issue the staff is right here in less than an hour.

Don't move here management teams a bitch. The ladies up front are cunts. Tons of hidden fees, maintenance never fixes problems.
I live here for 3 year now now this is getting bad for summer my kids was that pool going open last week. And it didn't open at all. I don't know when going open this year I just hope soon.
The Springs of Country Woods is probably one of the best apartments I have lived in so far. My "studio" apartment is bigger than most one bedrooms, and cheaper than anything I can find in the valley. Utilities are low and all fees are completely written out in the contract so you're not surprised at the end of each month.
