When we first came the Springs of Country Woods to look for an apartments we fell in love with the location, the amenities and friendly staff. RecommendedI love it here. The apartment is spacious and I feel really at home here. the amenities are also fantastic. However there are two big negatives for me 1) you have to wait forever to get non-urgent repairs done 2) they don't recycle - given the number of residents and how many tons of recyclables are needlessly being sent to the landfill, this makes my heart hurt!
I enjoy the beauty of the general area; seasonal landscaping included. considerable upgrade from my previous living conditions. enough space that I don’t need separate storage anymore
I was missing a couple packages and was pretty bummed out. Jordan took the time to look in the back room and even called me back to let me know they arrived. I love the Springs. I’ve never been so happy living anywhere else. Thank you for all that you and the management do. Love you guys!

I've thoroughly enjoyed living here over the past year and a half. Maintenance is prompt and the community areas are clean. The neighbors range from young couples to retirees.
Unethical con artists... Live anywhere else. Management is all about money and is brutal to their tenants. Before you rent talk to the tenants that live there to get the real story.
I've lived in the springs for about 2 weeks now and I can't think of anything bad to say! I love it, everyone in the community that I have met so far are super friendly and nice. A lot of people have dogs which I love because I get to see them all� my shower stays pretty warm for a while which is nice when I want to take a bath!
