Don’t move here! We paid the deposit the management requires to reserve your apartment. Which is worthless. It does not guarantee that you are getting the apartment you want and the price either. A week before moving to the apartment. They told us that the resident wanted to stay. We had to reschedule our moving truck and go through the whole process of getting an apartment. I would not recommend The Springs to anyone with common sense. Maintenance is nothing short of disgusting. Dog droppings can be seen across any patch of grass in sight. If you think you can escape it by just walking on the sidewalk think again. Enjoy listening to every conversation your neighbors have since the walls are paper thin. Trying to get a hold of the leasing office is a nightmare. If you plan on moving get ready to pay an additional months rent since the leasing office will claim you didn't give them 60 days notice... read more

The Maintenance is great. They always respond quickly. I love all the trees and places to walk my dog. The commons area is nice. Lots of bbq's and tables. The office and management staff are great to work with. Recently painted the exteriors of the buildings and they look great. Recommend living here if you're in the area. It's a nice complex.

Disgusting landlords - serving 3 day eviction notices during a pandemic because tenants couldn't afford hiked rent. I cannot wait for karma to catch up to these cretins.
