I didn’t feel welcomed, and my overall experience during the tour was less than stellar.
Just moved in less than a week ago but wanted to give a review. Starting with the leasing staff. Mary Alice and Katie have been the best. Made my entire process seamless. Very easy to communicate with and always returned calls and made sure that my questions and concerns were addressed. Price point was on point! Apartments are very clean and was well kept at move in. Have it come get denied because of credit so apparently everybody has good credit there to get approved which is not fair. Where I’m at now is exactly what I’m paying and I have not ever missed. The payment. Rent is always been on time and I can’t get approved because of my credit score is ridiculous. If they would have asked me, I would Tell you why my score fell down. BEST PLACE I’VE EVER LIVED! Spacious apartments, responsive maintenance workers, nice amenities and the leasing office staff always goes above and beyond for residents and future tenants.
Once again, a service was performed on the same day it was requested! So grateful!!
