Very nice I've lived at Springs at Juban Crossing for a little under a year now and overall I'm very satisfied! pros - spacious townhome-style apartments with new appliances. "townhome-style" means you walk up to your front door. It's not the classic apartment where you've got a hall with a neighbor directly across from you - you're either right off your parking space or you've got a nice stretch of grass between you and the apartment across. Not bad but definitely not “luxury” The location is actually very good. The area (as of this rating) is fairly new with decent amount of services (food, shopping, etc). Except a supermarket. It’s way out. The closest Walmart is sketch and Target is still Target with high prices for Walmart-grade stuff. There is easy-ish access to IH25. Roadways are decently maintained and traffic isn’t too congested even during rush hours. Although the stoplights in this area are unusually long. Won't be clean when you move in CAUTION! Make sure they clean it before you move in. When we got here the place was most certainly not cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed, countertops were dusty, microwave was dirty inside, dead bugs around, and finger prints on the mirrors and appliances. I was apologized to by the leasing agent with her saying she was sorry it wasn't clean to "my standards". Springs@ 2534 We moved in the end of January! We have 2 Labrador puppies, they are very pet friendly our dogs love it here. The dog parks are awesome. The ladies in the office are so sweet and accommodating to all of our wants and needs. We love all of the amenities and our garage! This is a great place to live

Seriously My husband and I were totally honest about our situation. was told after we applied that we were denied because of a corporate policy I'm sure was in effect when we applied and we told them all about it was told oh it's ok. now we are told will take 30 days to get our money back. if we paid on a card it should be refunded on the card.

Unfortunately, without running the application, there is no way to know whether it will get approved or not. The process is not meant to be frustrating but is meant to be fair and consistent. Amazing Staff We don't even live here yet, but I can't believe how amazingly helpful and friendly this staff is. They genuinely care about their tenants, whether current or prospective. They answer questions quickly and clearly, and they go the extra mile to help you find your way through the renting process. We can't wait to be a part of this community!

Kyleannems I never could find directions and when I finally did get there I didn’t see a sign. There was this pretty good looking guy pulling out and I asked him where I was and he said “Kyleannems” and just drove off. I’m not sure what that means but the apartments are fantastic and the pool area very very nice.

Terrible Property! Please Read This Review! I have rented for over 10 years now, and this is by far the worst apartment I have ever been at. Just an FYI, if you are looking for a safe apartment, you might be interested to know that this complex still does not have a gate. Due to the lack of security, I have met several "interesting" people just walking out of my apartment on my way to work. I am truly not a vindictive person but this apartment complex needs to be reported to the BBB. They have mischarged me on my rent every ... read more

Go somewhere else This place is a sad excuse for an apartment property. They have had 3 managers in less than 4 months. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. None of our amenities are even open or usable. Half the time I try to go into the office because I have a question or need a package, it’s closed (their hours are 9am-6pm and they think it’s okay to show up 45 minutes late most days and leave 30 minutes early most days). The dogs here are unkept and gross. I see dogs running around all the time and they are loud. There ... read more
