Like the layout of the rooms. Lots of space for a family of 4. Very clean. Convenient location.
Staff was great especially at check-in. I love the location, next to a large pond and walking distance to restaurants and the mall. You can tell the hotel is older but mostly clean. Just a few small things, the toilet runs so had to jiggle the handle. Someone wrote on the bathroom wall. They upgraded the tv during my stay and what they said would be 15 min turned into 1 1/2 hours during football on Sunday. All small stuff, with the great location and staff I will be back.

Demi at the desk upon our arrival was excellent. So kind and helpful and did everything possible to make it a welcome experience. Room was very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed. Clean. I would prefer better lighting in the room and also a towel was left hanging behind the door in the bathroom. Free breakfast the next morning was great! Very clean area and food was good!
