the room had centipedes crawling around and the A/C made awful noises everytime it shut off. brought it to the front desk attention they said management would be in touch for my videos.........that was a week ago. crickets....

The General Manager is horrible!!! My clothes came up missing and the response I received from Kristen Oswald, the General Manager is, "Well, sorry, but we can't do anything about something we can't find" What do you mean you can't do anything? WHO HAS ACCESS to the room??? Clearly, the workers are not trustworthy! STAY AWAY!!!
Their breakfast is unbeatable. Have a great mini store and their customer service is tops.
