Everything was great except no housekeeping service one day. Convenient location. Staying again in December
This hotel is by far the best run with the best people of all the hotels I've stayed in. And I have stayed in close to 50 different ones.
Hot tube broke and iron broke and the a.c. Cut off at midnight and could not adjust knob broke. Look pretty?
My husband and stayed for three nights. For some reason the housekeeping staff only cleaned our room one time. I stopped by the front desk to let them know that we hadn't gotten any housekeeping services and get some shampoo so we could take showers and was told that the hotel was totally out of shampoo. We were not happy. We have been staying there several times a year since they opened. I guess we need to look around next time we plan a trip to Wheeling.
The swimming pool was broke the hot tub was broke then the ice machine on our floor was broke !!! And they refused to give any discount will never stay there again !!!
