It's definitely an older hotel, but it was clean, the front desk staff was very friendly (even joked around with us and we had a few good laughs together). The room was comfortable, spacious, and quite adaquate for my needs of a one night stay. Also, the hotel was very quiet which is something I appreciate. Location was great for me to get to and from a meeting I had to attend.
The service was outstanding. Every staff member was courteous. The breakfast was so very good. Yes, I ate too much. The fruit was juicy. I was even given a tissue (very emotional event-my grandson graduation from college) . God is so very good.
We stay here every few months when visiting family in town. The staff is always friendly and the room is always clean and comfortable.

The staff were great and very accommodating! Hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds were uncomfortable, very firm. But overall the hotel was nice and we'll definitely come back if we're in town. Hopefully they'll have more comfortable beds.
I always stay there when in Wheeling. It's my santuary for a sanity break getaway. Staff is always friendly, rooms are always clean and hot tub is at the perfect temperature!
Hotel was clean and the beds were comfy, with the exception of the sofa bed, which was horrible. The front desk said they are getting new sofa beds in a few months, so hopefully they will be better. The staff was all friendly. The pool and hot tub area were well-maintained. Rooms were reasonably priced. My only downside would be that the term "suite" is used pretty loosely here, as it's really just a slightly larger room with a half-wall separating the beds from a very small sitting area.
